One of the tourist office is at The Tourism and Industrial Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd, in Port of Spain. They are very helpful and pleasant and provided me with a nice little carrier bag with maps, a guide book and the events calendar of the year. They also have lists of hotels, restaurants, tour operators and monthly schedule of events. The office is at Queen Street, open from 8 am to 4:30 pm, tel 6245082
