There is Laughting Buddha restaurant in Port of Spain where I used to serve mostly Japanese dishes; prices are between 11 $ and over 20 $, like sushi, but also other Japanese dishes as well as some combination platters; the place is nice in a tatami small room with no windows and no views. The restaurant is open from 11 am to 3 pm; go to 86 Frederick St, tel 6270100.
